Japanese Dinner @ Japanese Dream Food

I don't know why, but everytime when the fiancé and I go to Centrepoint, we would always end up eating at Japanese Dream Food, located at 4th floor (Palm Square). And last night was no exception.

But this time around, I ordered this:

Fried Chicken Set

The fried chicken set (forgot what it's called in Japanese), for a change. (I usually order some kind of udon whenever I'm here)

It's a simple dish, yes, but a very delicious one nontheless, thanks to the special sauce for the fried chicken! I would surely order this again during my not-too-hungry days! Side dishes tasted good too, which is always a plus! Wink

Sashimi Set

Meanwhile, the fiancé ordered his usual, the Sashimi Set. Seriously, if you bring your appetite with you to this restaurant, you should order this Sashimi Set! No need to order any other sushi as there are a lot of many different type of sashimi inside! And I highly recommend this dish! Yummy!

Wedding Lunch @ Royal China, D'Junction

I've never been to a function at Royal China the restaurant, located at D'Junction before, so I'm glad I got to attend a friend of mine's wedding lunch there at the private rooms.

The sign right outside the entrance to the restaurant, and the wedding couple

The table setting

The BF is seriously considering to have our future wedding reception here at the restaurant, because the food here is very delicious! One of the best wedding food we've ever tasted!

The food that we had. Can't properly see the pics of the food? No problem!

I've also posted a bigger size of each pics for you to see it closer!

Right after we arrived, we were served these Ferrero Rocher.. how cute is that? Wink

This is the first dish from the restaurant: The Special 5 Hot & Cold Combo

This is the Braised Shark's Fin Soup (with Dried Scallop & Crab Meat)

Next up was the BBQ Roasted "Pei Pa" Chicken

Then the Steamed Pomfret with Superior Soy Sauce arrived

Then the Special Baked Tiger Prawns (with Chicken Floss)

And the Braised Mushrooms with Clams, Abalone and Gluten

Served together with this HUGE Lo Mai Kai (Fried Glutinous Rice with 8 Treasures.. is what it's called. Ooh!)

And for desserts, we had this: Chilled Honeydew with Sago

And also this dish called Sweet Fancy Duets. Not sure what these tastes like though.. I didn't have any

I seriously loved all the food served! 2 Thumbs up!!

If you would like to have a function done, you should really consider to have it at Royal China! Yummy!

Thai Inspired Mango Cafe

I just realised that I've just done a food review on my personal blog. And I'm just so lazy to copy paste everything here, so I'll just leave y'all the link to the food review of Mango Cafe I did on my food blog.

Fish Kon Lo Mee @ Kedai Kopi Seng Fung

Gosh, I didn't realise that I've abandoned this blog for that long! It's not that I haven't been to anymore eateries (LOL) but I just don't have the time to update this blog. That's the result of having too many blogs! Sorry peeps!

Anyways, let's get on to our review for this posting now, shall we?

And this time, it's the fish Kon Lo Mee at Kedai Kopi Seng Fung, located at Sunny Garden.

Now there are 2 famous fish mee eateries there in Sunny Garden, so don't get confused with the 'original' one. This particular eatery is located towards the corner of the block (same block with the original fish mee), so it's hard to miss.

I personally prefer to go to this eatery as compared to the other fish mee eatery (the one located in the middle of the same block) because they prepare the food faster, and they also have fish slice in their dish (the other one doesn't)!

But let's not do anymore comparing now and just continue to view the pics, shall we?

This is the kon lo mee (with mixed stuff inside as seen). You can either choose only fish slice, or fish balls, or everything mixed inside your soup!

And don't ask me why, but both the BF and I very much prefer the taste of the kon lo mee here instead!

I think the regular kon lo mee costs around RM8.10 (correct me if I'm wrong). Expensive, huh?

Also, you can order this beef tendon dish, though I didn't really like it, as it were a bit on the oily side and the tendons were way too soft.

So if you're in no mood of waiting in line on the 'other' shop, why not give this shop a try instead for their fish mee? Perhaps you'll see me there too! Wink
