Excellent Seafood @ Salut Seafood Restaurant
Posted by JACQ | Filed under Uncategorized
I’ve forgotten that I haven’t posted anything about the fresh seafood at Salut here on this food blog, so I am just going to copy my pics from my personal blog and post them here for you to enjoy!

Steamed prawns

Soft Shell Crabs

Sapak

Oyster Omelette and Sayur Manis (Sabah Veggie)
Salut Seafood Restaurant is still one my favourite (if not THE favourite) seafood restaurant here. Not only because the food is fresh and cooked deliciously everytime, the prices are cheaper than those seafood restaurants downtown KK too!
You can also read a post of Salut that I have done on my other blog here.

June 4th, 2008 at 7:44 amHi, plan go to KK. May I know for the above foods that you had ordered, how much was that? compare to Gayang Seafood, which is better (taste) and cheaper? Appreciate your feedback. And last question, what is the local food that must not missed in KK?
regards

July 11th, 2008 at 5:45 amNice blog. Just back from KK.Its our very first trip there, went around based on GPS. We actually went to search for food based on your blog recommendations.Would hope to have better description on the location and the operating hours. We drove all the way to Salut on Monday, only then realise its not open. Went there on the next day again, disappointingly, the service is terrible. We waited long time to be served.Expecting to haf good recommendations on the dishes, but the waiter told us everything is common compared to KK.Nothing special. No special dishes etc. We were very annoyed with the service, there’s no point driving up so far just to try common food found in KK.
