What Sambal Tuhau Looks Like



Remember I blogged about planting tuhau in Kg. Patau sometime back?

Well, this is what it looks like when done in a sambal.

Some people (like my family) just love this delicacy, but I know quite a few people that just can't stand the taste of it.

And yes, this is a kampung dish.. simple but yummy!
